Shipping

  • Website orders will be shipped out within 2 business days. 
  • If you need faster shipping, please reach out through the Contact Me page to make arrangements.

Custom orders

  • Custom orders will be quoted a timeframe for production once a design is confirmed. Timeframe is dependent on fabric availability, my event schedule, etc. 
  • Payment for custom orders is due within 24 hours of completion. 

Returns

  • There are no returns on items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and let me know so I can make it right!
  • If an item is received damaged, please let me know immediately (within 2 days of receipt). Provide pictures of the damage and we will work out the best way to address a replacement or refund.
  • Tracking is included with all packages. If a package is marked as Delivered but is not received, please contact your local post office to locate it. I am unable to offer a refund if a package is not located.
  • If a package is returned to due to an insufficient address I will refund the purchase price of the order, however, I will not refund shipping charges. I ship to the exact address given and will not reship an order.
