Custom orders will be quoted a timeframe for production once a design is confirmed. Timeframe is dependent on fabric availability, my event schedule, etc.
Payment for custom orders is due within 24 hours of completion.
There are no returns on items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and let me know so I can make it right!
If an item is received damaged, please let me know immediately (within 2 days of receipt). Provide pictures of the damage and we will work out the best way to address a replacement or refund.
Tracking is included with all packages. If a package is marked as Delivered but is not received, please contact your local post office to locate it. I am unable to offer a refund if a package is not located.
If a package is returned to due to an insufficient address I will refund the purchase price of the order, however, I will not refund shipping charges. I ship to the exact address given and will not reship an order.
